We are the 5th generation of a baker's family. Over the past 2 decades, we've expanded and deepened the baking secrets we received over the years from our ancestors ;) and we combine traditional baking methods as handmade production, natural puffing, baking in stone ovens which, along with technological innovation and using only in the best natural ingredients - emphasizes the unique texture and great taste of our breads and rolls.
